In case you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes, we thought we would share just a small part of the production of a custom t-shirt from our shop here in California. Each tee is custom printed by hand in the shirt color and ink color of your choice.
This one has a home in Florida. Here it goes...
1 .Shirt is set-up on the platen. Nice and straight!
2. Screen is clamped in, adjusted and centered.
3. Even coat of eco-friendly ink is applied to the screen. (Sorry, pictures out of order.)
4. Screen is coated with the squeegee. Firm pressure is applied while pulling the squeegee. Screen is lifted & Viola!
5. Shirt goes under heating unit to cure and dry the ink then your tee is neatly tagged, packed and on it's way to your door!
